As part of its ongoing growth, Alteo is looking for an Administrative & Financial Manager to be based at its La Bâthie site.
This is a key role in supporting the site’s business development and acting as the right-hand person to the Site Director for all HR and Finance matters.
You’ll need the ability to develop a strategic vision while also handling highly operational tasks. This position also includes the direct management of a small team of 2 to 3 employees (accounting and HR).
Finance: You’ll organize accounting and tax activities (with one on-site accountant and shared resources at the Group level). You’ll also be responsible for specific tasks, especially monthly closing, cash management, reporting, management control, and investment tracking in relation with the Group.
You’ll manage relationships with external partners (auditors, banks, insurers, etc.).
HR: You’ll oversee HR administration (supervising the payroll manager, handling recruitment, training plans, disciplinary actions – with legal support, preparing and leading social relations, managing legal obligations, and supporting managers).
Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years of experience
Proven experience in finance/accounting, with a strong interest in HR topics.
Ability to work in crisis and transformation contexts, highly versatile and adaptable, with a strong capacity to juggle between strategy and operations.
Advanced proficiency in office software.
Managerial skills, active listening, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
Ability to interact at the management committee level and to lead cross-functional projects, particularly the deployment of Group projects.
€55-65K depending on profile.
